Sumeet Lall, Attorney at law
Attorney Sumeet Lall is a former Department of Homeland Security Immigration Prosecutor who practiced before the immigration courts in Los Angeles, California. In this position he handled thousands of cases from all over the world. He worked with Immigration Judges and advised the Department of Homeland Security. After leaving the DHS, Attorney Lall began practicing in a small law office where he set up the office system for PERM cases, handling hundreds of backlogged EB2 and EB3 cases. Since that time, Attorney Lall has advised and handled all manner of visas including O1, H1b, E1/E2 and L1 cases for client from all over the world. His office has taken on big challenges and received a very high rate of approval, based upon his own hands on approach.
Prior to working for DHS he was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington. Receiving an education from the Cal Poly University, San Luis Obispo, Attorney Lall received a law degree from Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C.
He is a member of the Washington State Bar and is eligible to practice immigration and nationality law in all fifity states.

Believe it or not, Charry has over ten years working in immigration law handling, family petitions and PERM cases. Her wide array of experience allows her provide guidance on how best to deal with all sorts of small issues. Charry is a favorite amongst our clients for her diligent attention to client cases and her helpful attitude. Charry speaks Tagalog if that's your preference.
Tania Villa, Legal Assistant
A native Los Angeleno, Tania has a wealth of experience in immigration law. Her positive attitude along with her Spanish language has helped many clients. Tani provides support for all our cases and has grown proficient in I-601A as well as I-212 waivers. Her hard work is directly related to many successful approvals for family cases.
